Hi arlo community
U have several arlo cameras that I use.
Few of them are wired powered by the charger continuously because I need them always working.
The problem is that after a while it looks like the battery doesn't charge anymore and it sends the camera offline.
If I take the battery off the camera and I insert a new battery charged separately, it starts to work for like 2 days then it goes off again. And the battery still has charge, but looks like if I leave it connected to the power, it makes the camera shut off and go offline .
If I unplug the wire , the camera works until the battery discharged completely.
Anyone having same strange problem?
Thanks
Cristiano

Do you have the problem camera video size adjusted in the video settings? The pro2 cameras do not work properly if this has been done and is using external power.
This is a well known camera firmware bug that arlo has never addressed since 2019.
Usually removing external power from the camera for a few minutes will restore video operation or resetting the video size to full view in the video settings will eliminate it.

To reset the video size go into the camera video settings and use your two fingers to pinch the display video and zoom out. If using the webpage app there should be a reset size button you can click on.
