Solar Panel not working. Down to 74% and been plugged in for days.

Bought this set up with solar panel to keep camera charged and it’s not working. Down to 74% and been plugged in for days.

With the solar panel plugged in;

1) do you see a "lighting bolt" in battery icon  ( which means it's charging )

2) is it near 32 F ? Is it cloudy ?

3) does the panel see sun, facing south ??

4) is camera seeing high levels of usage ?

any of the four would allow the battery to run down...  the solar panel is just a trickle charger and usu only really charges a few hours before and after high noon.
