Solar Panel Power Cable

So...support confirmed my solar panel cable was bad (defective) back in September.  It's getting harder and harder watching all the new products come out, but they can't get any more of this Proprietary and unique power cable in their warehouses.  In a bid to make sure we can only buy things from them, Arlo (NetGear) has turned itself into another companty that can't support it's products.  On my second support case and RAM case for this.  Beware, if you cable goes out; there are none available through Arlo, and there are no third party manufacturers out there.  Good luck.
