I recently sold my home along with the Arlo Smarthub and Cameras. I deleted all devices from my account as per Arlo instructions. The new owner has reset the devices and cannot access them with his account. Arlo Support is telling him that they are still assigned to me. They do not show up in my dashboard (app).
I have since added a new Arlo system with new equipment under my old account. How do I contact Arlo Support to resolve removing devices I cannot see in my account?

My problem was resolved with Arlo CS very well. It sounds as though you have a different problem. Cameras do not make noises unless you have the microphone on in your app. The online help for resetting your cameras will work if you follow step by step and in the correct order. (Hub before cameras) The troubleshooting works. I have performed the reset on two different systems with success.

Check in the settings menu under my devices for the old cameras and Base.
If not appearing then it most likely an arlo problem.
It could also be where EOL designated cameras can no longer be resold and transferred.

Did someone with ARLO Support assist you? I am having the same problem after removing cameras/hub? Cameras keep making clicking noises and am no longer to try reinstalling the hub or able to do anything?!
