I’ve been having issues with my cameras recently.
Last week my “Side of House” (Arlo Pro) cameras’ screen went white all of a sudden. I was able to fix it by power cycling the base station, and it had worked fine ever since.
Today my “Front of House” (Arlo
Pro 2) is having a similar issue. I power cycled the base, but it never fixed it. You can still hear sound on the live feed. The camera has not moved, and there is no obstruction.
The “Side of House” was still detecting motion and recording during the issue, but all recordings were white. The “Front of House” is not detecting any motion or recording though.
Both cameras firmware is up to date as well.
I did recently reset my home internet modem, but the cameras all connected again and worked fine for a few days...until these issues.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
I attached a few photos for reference.

Thanks for your response. I was able to sort out the situation by deleting the device, and then syncing it to the base station again.
