Rich notifications not working

I get push notifications but not rich which is a must for me.
I just bought a vms4500 Base station. I did update firmware on everything

I try to find information but it very hard to find Good information on their support site.
What is needed to get rich notifications? I have latest iOS I have updated Arlo basestation and camera push notification is working but not rich push with picture which is why I bough these instead of eufycam.
