Hi all,

I need help please.

For some reason, when I reset my Arlo Pro 2 camera (take the battery out and reinstall it), the infra-red lights come on and then the blue and amber lights flash for a minute. The infra-red lights stay on and doesn't connect.

Please help!

That does not reset the camera. It just reboots the thing.

A Pro 2 reset, putting it back to its factory state, happens when you press the synch button, and keep pressing it until the LED shows a quick sequence of flashes. ~20 seconds should do it.

You can then add the camera back to your system.

Believe that is the reset for the GO ?

for Pro/pro2, no real reset except pulling battery and remove device

Follow the Steps to Reset Arlo Camera
  1. First of all, open the Arlo app and log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Settings and click on My Devices option.
  3. Now, choose your camera that which you wish to reset.
  4. After that, remove the device and confirm your action.
  5. Then, your camera will reset to default settings.

I tested it here before posting my message.

A long press certainly removed the camera and reset the settings.
