Anyone else had trouble with their recordings just all off a sudden no longer saving to base station?

Tried reinstalling. Still get the same message.

Is the phone connected to your home wifi?

It is mate. This other network also appears. Arlo. Am I meant to be connected to that also?? Obviously not very tech savvy. Thing is I never changed anything network wise to cause this in the first place.

No.  That other network is used by your cameras to connect to the smarthub.  You can't connect your phone to it.

I’ve been randomly checking the app each day. This morning when I jumped on I was able to view all the recordings since the sd card was formatted (13th December) up until now. 
Once again this lasted not long. The app is back to not working again.

Has to be an Arlo app problem right??
