Hello

I have been looking at the recordings, per day.

Seems sometimes I have 7 days of recordings kept but now seems I only have 3 days of recordings kept.
There were definatly 7 days there this morning now only 3.

I am quite confused as to what happens with them as I need to keep some recordings for court purposes, now some are gone.

I only now have 3 days highlighted as being able to select (today, yesterday and the previous day).

How can you keep recordings as long as needed? 3 days is not enough.

thank you

I bought a USB to 2.5” SATA III Adapter Cable and connected a Solid State Drive to it and connected that to the USB on the base unit. This way you have local Backups depending on how much capacity you have on the Solid State Drive.
Note: you can just buy a USB stick and use it. The USB port on the base station is 2.0 so any USB stick should work even if it is a USB 3.0 stick it will autamaticly downgred to the slower speed.
How do I set up local storage backups on a USB device using my Arlo Pro base station?

And or you can also get a better subscription plan.
What are the available Arlo subscription plans and how much cloud recording is available?

If there were no recordings for the unselectable days you can't select the date. ALso, make sure you don't have a filter set which could block you from seeing those videos from other cameras. Verify that the filter (funnel icon) is empty, not filled green.
