Reconnecting VBM9500 base. Changed my internet provider and my arlo will not reconnect.

Which base model... do you mean the 3500 or 4500 ?

no 9500 model.

You have a new network. You need to set it up afresh. This means resetting and adding everything in the chain.

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:

 

  • Turn off and unplug the modem (if there is one).
  • Turn off the router and computers.
  • Plug in the modem and turn it on. Wait 2 minutes.
  • Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes.
  • Turn on computers.
  • Add Arlo hub to the router as per the setup procedure

If the rest of your network is already working, just restart everything in the right order and then add the hub.

 

If that doesn't work, come back with more details. We know next to nothing about your setup
