Receiving notification, but video wont load, live steam is static image

Hello,

I found that the videos recorded these few days could not load and also when I use live streaming, its static picture. What is the problem?
I tried to use web portal arlo, but I could not play it and when I want to download it, it takes ages and failed. Please check?
