I have an issue with my Arlo Pro 2, I completed an RMA and chose the the option to have advance shipment. My bank account is showing I was charged the shipping fee, however I never received confirmation this was completed or pending shipment. I contacted supported and they were no help.

They advised me to contact my bank to ensure it’s not a pending charge even thought I told them I was able to confirm the transaction. It has been more than 5 business days with no changes. Please help!!

My issue still has not been addressed, I’m just getting macro messages telling me to complete the RMA. Please note that I have completed the RMA and was charged for advance ground shipping but nothing is showing completed by on your end. I already provided proof that this happen in my end.

I need a refund for the RMA charged for Ground shipping or someone to complete this for so I’m im not charged a second time.

Please help, I’ve waited close to two weeks now and we keep going in circles.

My issue has not been addressed. At this point, I’m not confident your support staff is capable of handling any issue other than providing canned messages and not reading the issue I’m having. I guess I’ll have to post on social media to see if there is an alternative option than waiting weeks before actually getting help.
