When I'm signed in and viewing the cameras, my wife will sign in also and kicks me off. The same thing happens vice versa.

Huh. I would start by removing her access completely and grant access again.

Yup, as designed. The primary user should use Settings, Grant Access to the other's email address so both can view at the same time.

Both folks have to use their unique logins - the primary one for one person and the granted access login for the other. It sounds like you're still both using the primary user's login.

Right, I use my user name and password and my wife uses her user name and password both of which are totally different and it still kicks one person off.
