I have 5 Arlo Pro 2s and two Arlo Baby cameras.  The Push to Talk function on every camera takes an entire minute to connect.  Is this normal functionality?  If it is, the feature is pretty much useless since someone can be at the door and then gone before it connects.

 

Firmware for all the cameras and base station (VMB4000r3) is up to date.  The Arlo iOS app is also up to date on my iPhone 11 Pro Max.

 

On the Arlo web app in a browser, it also takes a minute to attempt to connect stating "Please wait..." then eventually it says "Failed to Connect."

 

Please advise a solution.

Also, side note:

 

@Arlo  as a customer for years, spending over $1000 in equipment, and annual cloud service fees... PLEASE FIX YOUR TO ACTUALLY WORK LIKE IT IS SUPPOSED TO.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.

 

What version of iOS is your iphone running?
