Purchased Arlo Pro 2 6-camera pack but only 5 camera is for free?

FIRST: I BOUGTH ARLO PRO 2 - 6 CAMARA PACK, BUT WHEN INSTALLING I FOUND THAT ARLO ONLY GIVES FOR FREE A SUBSCRIPTION THAT INCLUDES ONLY UP TO 5 CAMERAS, SO THIS FORCES YOU TO PAY A MONTLY SUBSCRIPTION. 1, WHY ARLO SELLS A 6 CAMERA PACK AND FORCES TO PAY FOR A PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTION? THIS IS NO LEGAL. SECOND I DECIDED TO BUY AN EXTRA ARLO PRO 2 - 2 CAMARE PACK, EXPECTING TO HAVE ANOTHER 5 CAMERAS AVAILABLE WITH MY FREE SUBSCRIPTION, BUT SADLY FOUND THAT EVEN THAT I BOUGHT A SECOND PACK, THEY ONLY GIVES FOR FREE 2 CAMERAS NO MATTER HOW MANY PACKS YOU BUY. THE SUPPOR PEOPLE TOLD ME TO PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION OR CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT,. THIS IS NOT FEASIBLE BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO CONNECT AND DISCONNECT EVERY TIME LOOSING THE PUSH NOTIFICATIONS. THIS LOOK TO ME AS SOMETHING ILEGAL, DUE ARLO HAS TO GIVE US THE 5 EXTRA CAMARAS WHEN YOU BUY AND EXTRA PACK. ANY ADVISE OF HOW TO FIX IT?

The 6 camera set can indeed have all cameras on the free plan if you follow the proper directions. First, it needs to be a new account and then you have to use the proper model number when starting the setup. The model  number gets you the free 6 cameras.

Next, there's nothing that says you can keep adding cameras onto the free account. It does say you get 5 cameras for free. You can either pay for a subscription to get more cameras on your account or use another email address for another account and put the new system into that account. Then use Settings, Grant Access from the second account to the email address of the first account so all cameras show in one login.
