Hello since the last Arlon Netgear update a few days ago there is nothing that works anymore but the camera appeared offline I have three Arlo pro cameras two nothing works so I uninstalled them I reset everything the base it reconnects directly but impossible to reconnect any of the three cameras I tried a hundred times there is nothing that works I reset the base several times I made factory recipe the cameras we do not know how to reset them apart from removing the battery but I followed the procedure press SYnc nothing happens It runs in vacuum and then they say it doesn't know how to synchronize everything is up to date I have the latest version version of iOS 18.1 is up to date everything everything is up to date I have the latest iPhone I've never had a safe since their last update is it planned obsolescence? Thank you for your help

Yes still nothing that works so much there. I have already reset it several times. She is spotted. Instantly. As much as none of my cameras are spotted I have three before it was spotted directly. There I remove the battery I put it back it's Arlos pro two I put the battery back, I press synchronize the blue light. I launch the application it turns blue it turns blue then after it takes so long the application says it can't find the cameras and I repeat everything is up to date iOS 18.1 An Arlo is up to date everything everything is up to date

It appears you may be experiencing hardware failure based on not being able to onboard after multiple resets. If a factory reset doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to consider replacing the unit.

Bah y avait aucun problème avant votre mise à jour. Mon unité est directement détectée par l’application. C’est les caméras qui n’arrive plus à faire le lien entre l’unité et le GSM apparemment. Mais j’ai jamais eu aucun problème avant la mise à jour, obsolescence, programmée,????????
