My Arlo system has not been recording videos for the past 3 days. The Android app keeps issuing the error message that I can only use 5 cameras, and that I need to deactivate one. But, I only have 4 cameras. Even after deactivating 3 of 4 cameras, It still issues the same error message. I logged out, then I tried to log into my account again. But the system keeps issuing the error message: " The email address is used by another account. Please use another email address. Please help resolve this issue for me. Thx.
