Unwanted Alerts From Motion Detection

I have just installed 3 Arlo Pro 2 cameras. Two of them are working great however on one of them I’ve had to turn the sensitivity down to 50 but still getting false alerts, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

A lot depends on where you mount the camera AND what it sees....

First I would swap with one of the working cameras to see if it is the location/view as compared to the actual camera.

Also, the cams are good to a max of about 25 ft for poeple, so avoid roadways ( cars are a god reflector of IR ) and try to cover only where people are to be viewed

Thanks, I have swapped two of the cameras over and the one that was giving me unwanted activations is contining to happen in a new location. Do you have any recommdations to fix this or is likely a faulty camera?

Check your sensitivity settings in your modes. If all seems good and changing the sensitivity doesn't help much, open a case with support here.
