Problema con la app en S25

Since I switched to Samsung S25, I installed the ARLO app but I can't log in. When I enter my user and pw, it doesn't enter, nothing happens. I already activated all the permissions

Do you get any screen flashing or login errors?


May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

It does nothing, that is, when entering User and PW, the app simply does not log in. I already gave the OK in all the permissions of the app, I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, I already restarted my phone several times. I already changed my PW. I've already tried everything, it seems rather as if the app was not compatible with this version of Android or with this version of the UI

No hace absolutamente nada. Cuando ingreso mi nombre de usuario y contraseña, la aplicación simplemente no inicia sesión. Ya he concedido todos los permisos de la aplicación, he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar la aplicación varias veces, y he reiniciado mi teléfono varias veces. Incluso he cambiado mi contraseña. Lo he intentado todo. Parece más bien que la aplicación no es compatible con esta versión de Android o esta versión de la interfaz de usuario.
