Solar panel not compatible

My pro 2 cameras will

not charge with solar

panel since update.  Anyone else having this issue? And what is the best solution?

How cold it it outside?  Generally the cameras won't charge below 0C.

Also, it is worth looking closely at the cabling, making sure the insulation is not compromised and that the connectors are clean.  The camera can only detect the voltage on the charging port, so if you are seeing an "incompatible" message in the app, it means the camera isn't seeing an appropriate voltage.
