After resetting my hub and cameras, upgrading to the new web portal and getting a subscription, my cameras don't show up in devices. The hub is there, but after what appears to be a successful sync, no camera. Everything was working fine before I did this. I've tried everything. These are outdoor cameras, and I have gone to great lengths to run USB cables through walls for constant power and would really like to find a solution to this problem.

Problem solved. Downloaded Arlo App onto my android phone. Went through the install and everything showed up. Logged out of the web page on my laptop, refreshed the sign-in page, signed in and everything was there as well. Something wonky with the desktop version. It doesn't say it's looking for cameras like the android does. Should have taken some screen shots.

Did you try the manual sync method of pairing? Briefly press the sync button on the base, and then briefly press the sync button on the camera. The camera should be about 3 feet from the base.

Hi Stephen...
Yes, dozens of times. The base and camera lights both blink slowly and first and then rapidly and return to solid blue.
Does that not indicate a successful pairing? Also tried all resets, power off and anything else the internet offered. Even bought a months' worth subscription incase updating firm ware booted me from the free 7 day cloud storage.
