Arlo 2 Camera Unresponsive

My Arlo 2 Camera all of a sudden stopping working.

The battery is fine as I swapped it with another camera to verify that it still works.

I also tried to factory reset the camera, but no power at all is received by the camera, even when plugged in to charge.

Any help or solution would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It does sound like a dead camera since even using AC power doesn't bring it to life. When you first insert the battery or plug it into power does the LED on the camera briefly flash blue, indication power connection?

Im thinking it’s a dead camera as well since no lights come on at all, even when loading a fully charged battery. Does Arlo replace dead cameras?

Only if they are under warranty.  Which is extremely unlikely for a Pro 2 camera (since Arlo stopped making them back in 2019).
