I was told and also found info on line that states it can be connected to wifi threw the app without a hub or base.
I am not having any luck with gettibg this camera on line amd working. So assume this info is incorrect and a hub or base is needed to bridge the camera to the wifi. ?
Is this correct or is there a way to get it in line without hub or base?

The pro2 cameras require a base station or hub to connect.
Be aware that the pro2 is scheduled for End Of Life at years end so not worth the effort IMHO.

That's true for Pro 3 Floodlight, Pro 4 and Pro 5s models, but not the older Pro, Pro 2, and Pro 3.
If you found an Arlo link that says that for the Pro 2, please post it here, so it can be corrected.
