Geofencing not working

My wife recently got a new phone. She has her own Arlo account and I’ve given her administrative rights to the base station but no matter what I try I can’t get her phone to work with geofencing. I’ve allowed Arlo to always use her location on the phone (iPhone 14) and still cannot get it to recognise her device. Any tips or advice?

Are you using the new user interface (UI) that shows Feed to view videos? If so, right now a granted access person's phonne doesn't show up to be selectable for geofencing. I have the same issue.
