Pro 2 stuck zoomed in

I have removed the device and reinstalled it more than 2 times in order to get it back to normal. It works but I cannot keep doing this!

Have you tried to remove the ca era from Settings > My Devices & re-add it?

When you mention removing the device, did you remove from Settings > My Devices?

Hello, I experience the same problem with the Pro 2. No problems with the Pro.

How do you zoom with the pro 2? I’ve been trying to figure that out for months!!

You just use your both of fingers and pull outwards to zoom out and and push inward to zoom in. You do this under the video settings portion.
