Geofencing issue - "unavailable" when looking at "Enabled mobile Devices" section

My wife's phone and my phone say each other are "unavailable" when looking at "Enabled mobile Devices" section of geofencing. Why? Worked until recently.

Do you happen to have a screenshot of this message? Do both phone have the Arlo mobile app V2.19.1 installed?
