Geofencing reporting always armed

I have one set of cameras and base units on my account/my phone. My wife has another set of cameras/base unit (in another location) on her account/her phone. Geo fencing is stuck on "Armed" full time for both systems even though "Geo fencing" is checked on both. When trying to turn her fencing to off it
won't change and gives me an error message "Geofencing location not found for your account". Her Google location service is turned on. Why won't geofencing work like it used to?

Have you double checked the both phones app permissions to make sure Arlo has location permissions allowed? Also, do you have the latest versions of the Arlo mobile app 2.19.1 installed?
