My arlo pro 2 camera stop recording to cloud. I still receive alert but just no recording. I don't have subscription but it is supposed to record and keep for 7 days. I didn't change any setting and I reboot several times, remove cameras battery. Reboot router etc and still no luck. I can manually recording and it show up in the cloud though.

Spoke to support and the issue resolved. Remove the camera and resync again solved the problem.
