My husband was on before but got knocked off completely. I made the mistake of rebooting which made him primary and knocked all of information off. I deleted the hub from him and reset all of mine which showed him as a user but without the Arlo icon. Now that I have reinvited him and he has accepted we cannot get the icon back. Since he already had an account it is not letting him back on. Of course, there is no number to actually talk to anyone.

I don't understand this bit.  Are you saying he cannot log in?
