Pro 2 Camera not visible on web

I recently added a Pro2 camera to my base station using the phone app and everything worked fine.  When I log into the web portal that camera is not visible.  How to I make this camera visible online?

Are you using the same account on the web portal?  Or is a different account with shared cameras?

Same account for both.  Odd thing is the camera was visible on both when I first set them up.  Then I stopped using that one for a few months and just recently put it back up in a new location.  It disappeared from both my phone and the web portal so I added it back on my phone and it's now visible there.  I tried to add it back on the web portal as well but it keeps saying no new devices found.

Cameras are added to your account, not to a phone or PC.  so that wouldn't work.

 

That said, you should be seeing it from both the web and the phone.  Have you tried clearing the browser cache on the PC?
