Arlo Pro 2 not recording

I've Arlo Pro 2 cameras, five of them. Four cameras get activated with motion and record video. One on the entrance, stopped getting activated on motion and won't record. I did a motion test and that worked just fine. I also reset the camera and added it back but no progress.
In fact, after adding the camera back, now I don't see the option to record video on motion and the camera anyway doesn't activate on motion.
Firmware is latest on all cameras.

Have you looked at the camera rule in the mode you are using?

Surprisingly, I don't even see the Mode option today. Yesterday, it was letting me add the camera to a mode which had it set to record. I did get alert for audio this morning, movement alerts are not happening.
Is the device not supported for video recording anymore?

Do you see "Library" as an option on the main app screen? Or do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead?
