Pro 2 Camera Issues no power

Hi bought this system a month ago and one camera has caused me issues from day one. The battery isn't holding a charge so I wired my cameras so I didn't have to charge them. This same camera is still having issues. it work for probably two days and stopped. I opened up the battery compartment and noticed one prong is loose compared to another camera. I think that's the issue. Your thoughts? I was number 31 in the que for a chat(are you kidding me?) and thought this might be quicker.

No not the issue...normal. The diff pin is the ground and supposed to touch the battery first.

pull battery and run on ac only...see if issue continues

Pulling the battery didn’t work and the camera is still dead.
