Pro 2 Camera Issue Image is blurry and out of focus.

I have not been able to resolve the issue of my Pro 2 Camera having a blurry image. It has been over two months and Arlo is non responsive to the issue on a brand new system. Arlo gives me a case number but no one follows up. Has anyone been able to solve this issue?  Was it hardware or software that was the issue?  Should I just return the system to Amazon?  One camera works perfectly and I just want the second one to do that as well. Are others having issues with lack of technical support from Arlo?

All I can say is if your not getting Arlo to respond to your case, then maybe you should swap it at amazon while the time period allows.

I'm intrigued by your problem... I have just upgraded 2 Pro's to Pro 2's and one camera seems fuzzy. Is this a known issue?

Just purchased begs the question - is the film removed from the lens? If so, post a screenshot of the camera view for us to see.
