To whom would I report an error on the Arlo website? I looked on the website for Contact Us, but there's only a phone number.

 

I think I found an error on the website in the pricing. I'm just trying to help.

Why would someone pay $20 more for a refurbished unit?
There is probably an error in either the original price or the offered price on the refurb.
