Granted access but user unable to register

My husband and I just purchased the Arlo 2 Pro wireless cameras. I set up the account under my email address and granted him access however, once he registers from the link it says that the system is unavailable. Our connection is good and WiFi is strong so I’m at a loss on why he can’t go through the process.

Has he successfully created his own account? Have you tried to delete the request & send another?
