Hi Could anyone help me with the very poor image quality when viewing both live and recorded footage I purchased these as it stated on the box they were 1080P but the footage im viewing is no way near to that Steve Thanks

What are the video settings yo have the camera set on? (Best battery life) will affect the image quality. Also, have you tried to reboot the base station or remove & re-add the camera from Settings > My Devices?
