Opened up app and says I had been logged out because I logged in from another device?

I opened up the app on my phone and got the message that I had been logged out because I logged in from another device. I have not logged in from another device, and I also have two factor verification enabled and my phone as the only trusted device so how is this possible? I did go ahead and change the password but this is concerning.

Prob not an issue... have seen this many times in past it happening as you stated.

Since you already changed you pw, that's the most important.

I think that some times it happens as many devices really don't turn off the apps, but put them in the background.

Next time around another or same device sets off a trigger.
