One of my Arlo Pro2 cameras does not record people walking past my driveway, but does record cars and motorbikes.
I have contacted Arlo Support many times, but have still not solved the problem.
Any thoughts on this please?

Vehicles tend to be recorded due to reflection of the sun's strong IR triggering the recording. People don't emit nor reflect that much IR. People detection is up to ~25 feet with 100% sensitivity set in your modes and rules. In addition, motion needs to be across the FOV, not at the camera, which is true of all PIR sensors.
A screenshot of your camera's view may be useful.
