I have been setting up a 10 camera program. All were up and running great for about a month.Then one came off line and I cannot get it back on line. So far I have deactivated the camera and went through the routine of syncing. Took the battery out ,put it back in, briefly pressed the button on the base station, then held the sync button on the camera.(I have read 2 ways of doing this, hold the sync button till the blue light flashes and secondly push the button for 2 seconds , release and the blue light comes on). Getting the blue light to come on may be the problem. If I hold the sync button on the camera for over a minute, let go wait about 10-15 seconds the blue light comes on. Then I proceed with the process things go around  and around for about 5 minutes, the I get a message do device found try again, I did .... same circle. Any help would be great. Thanks

It may be a hardware issue. Open a case with support:
