Hi, I’ve had my arlo cameras for 4 plus years now and so far they have been ok. I’ve had problems in the past with the cameras all going offline at the same time due to the internet and yes the internet is not the fastest around here but why is there no notification type thing that can be sent to your trusted device or email saying that it went offline? It would be nice to get a notification saying this as lots of times you don’t know and then it comes back online again. At least if we have an approximate time when it went offline and someone say did break in or vice versa and your system doesn’t not video, you can know roughly what time that was.
