Our cameras record and show activity on the Feed Screen but when i look at the Devices Tab all the cameras show off line. It don't allow me to turn any cameras off or on.

For a first attempt to fix the issue, reboot the phone and reinstall the app. You can also try a computer browser using the web client (my.arlo.com).
