Hi - Just purchased and setup the Arlo Pro 2 base and four cameras today and I am noticing a lot of pixelation at night across all cameras. The pixelation follows a cycle where it appears to get worse over a couple seconds and then resets (gets better). I have rebooted/reset the base and reset up cameras with no luck. Also, a couple of the cameras are close to the base, so distance should not be an issue.

Curious if anyone else has run into this?? Thoughts?? Thx!

Edit: Should have mentioned that all firmware was updated automatically too.

Can you try and move the base a bit farther away from the router ?  ( longer ethernet cable )

I too just bought the 4 camera system and I’m having the same problem. All 4 cameras have pretty good pixelation going on. I moved the base away from the router, but that didn’t do anything. Really frustrated because I want to love this system but there’s no way the video is 1080p! I’m seeing the pixelation all the time.

Thank you TomMac - Tried moving the base station farther from the router and I think it helped some. I may need to move it further...

Great suggestion!

How much farther away did you go from the router?

Between 5 to 10 feet. It was better but not perfect.
