Records every sound but will not record video. I can stand right in front of camera and there is no video for it. Really want this to work. All icons are on ( man walking ear, etc).

Have you checked the mode you are using to arm...make sure motion is selected
( and the running man should be black outline, not gray )

Hi @judy2270, try to check the mdoe for your system if the Motion is detected is enabled. If it is already enabaled, try to refresh the system of your camera by removing the batteries for about 10 seconds. If still unable to detect motion after you powercycle, you may need to remove your camera from your account, unplug your base form the outlet for 1 minute, and re-sync camera. It should be working then.
In the event that all troubleshooting steps are unable to resolve it, better contact Arlo support.
