I don't know what to do, I have disconnected, reset everything, and my alro will not record to the library. The camera is registering movement, and I can record manually. They do not record and save into my library when they register movement. What can i do?

Along with what StephenB mentioned,  What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.

 

What Phone/Device/Model/OS are you using?

 

Are the recordings missing from the library on the mobile app & the web browser?

Same issue here, but for only one of four cameras.  Hard wired camera is the problem.  It is alarmed with armed mode to record upon motion.  Video recording is enabled.

I should mention that this scenario is true viewing from both desktop and phone app.
