I have 2 notification issues. I have my Arlo on a schedule at my office.  After hours, all motion and sound is supposed to result in notifications by email or push notification.  During office hours, video and audio is recorded but no notifications should be sent.

 

The issues are the following

1] Lately during office hours, I am receiving notifications even though I am not supposed to.  I checked the settings for my cameras and they are turned off.

2] After hours on some weekends, I will notice I am not receiving notifications.  MODE is set to Schedule and if I check, it is listed as Disarmed even though based on the schedule, it should be Armed.

 

Has anyone seen either of these incorrect behaviors on the scheduling and notification?

Hey anotherusertoo,

 

Try to re-create the schedule mode and see if that works. And when setting up your schedule, try creating it through the web client on your computer to see if that helps.
