Camera will not record when motion is detected. Tried motion test and reset base station.

Ran into a problem. My camera all of a sudden will not record when motion is detected. I did the motion detection test and the amber light flashed showing motion detected.
When ever I get in front of the camera and do movement, nothing is recorded.
I've reset the base station 3 times and I get a synced ok, removed/reinserted the battery 3 times and the blue light flashes rapidly for a few seconds then goes out.
However, if I to go Live, I can record whatever is in front of the camera.
Is there something else I need to do to get the camera to record when movement is detected. As an aside - recording is short no matter how long movement occurs. My cameras (3) are set to record for 300 seconds or until movement stops.
Any ideas welcomed.

What mode are you using - Armed or a custom mode? You might want to try a new custom mode to see if that helps.
