Not detecting device

I moved addresses and now I can’t seem to get my cameras to connect. I charged the batteries. The hub is connected the cameras do blue blinks I’m at a loss

What is the LED status of the hub?

Did you reset the hub, or just connect it to ethernet and power it up?

Initially I just plugged and tried to connect. Then we took the app off and tried to add devices etc. The hub is all green and the cameras flash blue but they still are not detected.
