Not able to give access to new user. ("We're sorry, Arlo is currently unavailable") How to resolve?

Hi, 

I try to give access to my camera's to an extra user since july. 

Unfortunately, on orange banner apears, mentionning "We're sorry, Arlo is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

 

Can someone give me some information how I can solve this issue?

If rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app doesn't help, try the web client.
