I was having some issues with my location settings, so I removed my devices and factory reset the VMB4000 base station. Now I am unable to reconnect the base station to my account.
- When using the App from my phone, it finds the device right away, but after typing in a name for the base station and selecting "Next", I receive a message that says "Error occurred, The operation couldn't be completed. (ArloNetworking.ServerResponseError error 1.)"
- When using a desktop PC, it finds the device right away, but after typing in a name for the base station and selecting "Next", a strange orange banner appears at the top of the browser window with nothing in it, and doesn't allow me to proceed to the next step.
I am also not able to use Arlo's chat or phone support, I am unable to Select a Product in the request screen, so I can't get past that screen.

The issues you're experiencing could be due to a hardware issue. We ask that you reach out to support for more information. You can get to support by going within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the behavior you are seeing. If by chance you do not have a subscription and are unable to reach out to support please send me a dm and I will create a ticket for you. I think that's jumping to conclusions about hardware failure.

Thanks for the reply. Since I removed the device, I'm not able to select it in the support center and it won't let me proceed to create a ticket. I will send you a dm.
