I have been an Arlo customer for 8+ years. Have always had 7 day cloud storage for recordings. Now with the new upgrades, Arlo is trying to force me into a paid subscription. This is what I have had free with purchase of the product for years.  The reason I purchased Arlo in the first place was no additional fees once you purchase the product. I spent time with support, and all they want to do is sell me a $20 per month subscription. Feels like a bait and switch to me! Anyone find an alternative solution or have a recommendation for another product I can purchase?

Then you still have that.

Just spoke to 2 different people in support, both said that recording is only available via a new subscription. If you know who I can speak with to get what I had reactivated, please let me know.

Sigh...  That is true if you have new models, but not the legacy models like the pro 2.

Are you now seeing "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu, or are you still seeing "Library"?

Have you tried making a manual recording while livestreaming?
